Didn't think nutrient burn was possible without first having a high ec. The soil is still within ec range but the ppm of the water you fed was way over concentration of what plant can handle burning the leaf as it uptakes. The burning across the tips and margins is indicative of the plant choosing which parts of the leaf to sacrifice which initially confused me as I thought it was presenting immobile nutrient. Flushin the growing medium, adjusting nutrient concentration help address high EC and prevent nutrient burn. Learn something new everyday.

Hey 👋 This is definitely a nutrient burn caused by too much nitrogen fertilizer. Your leaves are almost black, they're so dark green... well-intentioned, but unfortunately too much. Next time just water it. Hope it helps.

NUTRIENT BURN You meant well and fertilized a bit too much than they needed... They got a little burned, but it's not too serious if it doesn't progress further. Just water them for a while, and they should bounce back. Autos are a bit more sensitive to nutrients than photoperiod plants.
