I have a 3 gal pot for my auto. I'm wondering how much I should water. I am watering every other day as of now with feeding every 4 days is that to much or not enough? Any information will be appreciated thanks in advance

@Smokeforall, hey Growmie. It doesn’t need much, but less, more often is better. Think like a shot glass worth, around the sprout, don’t want to drown it’s tiny precious roots. Once it starts to dry, add a little more. Get yourself a spray bottle, ph the water to 6.5 or so, spray the surrounding area. The best way for the plant to uptake water is humidity from the air, keep you RH over 60% for the first week, once roots have established, the start to do some very watered down feeds.. typically, water, water, feed, to prevent nutrient lockout/salt buildups. It all depends on your substrate. If you are in coco or soilless and watering heavy between feeds your washing out the nutrition. Coco needs to stay wet so like I was saying it all depends on substrate. Coco and soiless are hydroponic type growing styles. If this is your situation, choose my answer and pm me. Will happily walk you through it. 🌱 I grow in coco and soilless so I am pretty experienced in that area.
