Your plants are thirsty. I've experienced this with my plants and as soon as they received what they need it they perked right back up. Feed your baby..

This looks like overwatering to me. Yesterday I watched a great video from Indica University that made some sense - thirsty plants hang limp, overwatered plants - the leaves hang "curved downward" - these look curved (and your substrate looks pretty dark to me - indicating it is wet. I'm a new grower, so just an opinion. : )

That's only the case with the Hullkberrys, and overwatering shouldn't really be an issue since I give them 1 liter of water every two days... before I water, I check the soil to see how much moisture is still there... I stick my finger in and notice that there's still moisture at about 2-3 cm deep... while on the surface it's already visible that the soil is slowly drying out.

Hi, I cannot tell from the picture but either your plant is majorly over watered or incredibly thirsty!
