I did major defoliation last week because the problem was affecting most of the leaves, but the problem is showing again. I just give 1 feed per week around 800ppm, I'm using Canna Nutrients, the light is about 60cm from the canopy, humidity about 50% temps 19-24, 4th-week flower

Salt uptake within the soil, once inside the leaves the salt has no way of being excreted, npk enzymes apply every watering to neutralize excess salts I soil, npk humic acid and npk full up will greatly improve nutrient uptake and give the plants a way to dispose of salt build up in the leaves, as the desposited salts can attach to the humic acid in form of carbon which can be disposed of.

Magnesium deficiency. Never cut off leaves till problem is solved. The plant does this to the leaves because it can't find any in soil. So it consumes its stored energy in the leaves to continue. About 1 ml to liter of a cal mag will work. Or some epsom salt will work depending on your grow style. Good luck and happy growing 🌱

I agree with UK420 and would give some cal/mag. Also, I would NOT remove leaves that have spotting like shown in your pictures. The rest of the leaf is still healthy and working and worse case can be a source of mobile nutrients for the rest of the plant.
