I’m going to assume you’re talking about a TDS/EC meter.
I don’t know about what deals there are but I’d would look at reliability over price when comes to something like this.
I have an HM Digital COM-100 and I’m very happy with how it performs.

Slow flower development?Can you tell me if I'm overthinking the rate at which the buds are developing? Day 28 of flower but it looks like week 2. partial harvest? higher buds almost ready, lower buds not ready. when to harvest first buds?the"highter buds" seem already quite finished, brown pistils and very milky trichomes. i want a energetic high so milky trichomes, but they are very small, so i want to let them grow as possible. how long can i wait until they turn amber? will they grow more? and partial harvest?

In that case she clearly doesn't get enough light, probably because I placed her inside for most of the last 4 days because of the rain (that has luckily stopped) but I did place her some sort in front of the window.

Over 10 years of growing and somehow I've ended up with ditch weed ? quite disappointing temps got a bit high and an overfeed did occur which was sorted quickly yet no thc development on buds hardly any trichomes is it possible I just got a bad seed ? this is the worst I've done.
