Yes it’s ready. Or it looks like it from the picture. See how the pistils that were white have turned dark? Without a jeweler’s loupe to look at the trichomes, when the pistils are 70-90% brown is a good time to harvest. It’s ok if it’s not exact. Also, if you are growing in soil, and the soil is dense (because the plants not drinking as much water) is a sign of readiness. Another is the leaves around the calyxes and the big fan leaves will turn yellow and curl upward. Hope that helps.

Judging by Pistils and yellowing of leaves, I would start your flush and get ready to harvest.

With no scope to look, you can go by the pistols. 95% red/brown.

Hey there Dudders! Ummm well if you don’t have access to a loupe to check tricromes. I would just go based off of what the breeders recommended flowering time is. RQS says it’s an 8-9 week flowering on this strain. So you got some time still. It’s always better to pick later than earlier. So just based on time it looks like you have about 2-3 weeks to go yet. But you’re definitely looking good friend 🤙

Based on the picture alone- I’d say 1 week. 2 tops if you plan on flushing and haven’t yet begun. I’m not seeing any new white pistols, and these still seems to be a bit of room to see some more swelling in your buds 🌱
