Already dry in 4 days??? Ready to cure? Weather is very dry.Once cutted, I put the main nugget to dry 4 days ago and it seem like its already dry. It weighted 35 grams fresh, and now it weights 8 grams wich is around 25% of the initial. Is it ready to cure? Most people said it needs 10 to 15 days to dry. Weather is really dry, temp is 28ยฐ
