Yeah bud rot donโt pull on the buds as the dry parts will make the spores airborne you need to have a fan blowing the tops and get humidity to at least 55% or less. Cut all the affect parts out and throw them parts straight out and get a fan blowing the tops at least.

100% it's bud rot, I'm so sorry. I had the same thing on one of mine.
Be very careful when removing affected buds so you don't spread the spores to healthy plants, and cut more than you think you should because that shit lives inside the stems just waiting for the right conditions. Looks like it is many of your buds though so you may have to discard this baby altogether :( it's so heartbreaking I really feel for you ๐

Looks like bud rot if so the crop is no good due to spores. If you pull on it and it's like slimy inside then it for sure is. Humidity needs to stay lower then 60.
