Its a sign that your buds are starting to mature. You are getting to the final stage just before harvest.

What happens is as the buds mature the pistils turn brown or orange, usually when 80% of the hairs have turned colour is a good indicator that its nearly ready. Yours are some way off.

Small BudsDay 52 of flower nearing harvest. Overall, the buds are nice and frosty, but small. The buds growing under colas are size of a gum ball. Why are my buds not swelling?Both are autoflowers.
Both are outside only, so they’re not in the best of shape.
Bigger one sprouted April 10th
And scrawny one sprouted April 20th.

Bud growth - popcorn nugs ?Is there a way to predict the size of buds I’ll have by looking at this ? I don’t want popcorn size nugs. Help with nutes in flower help getting denser buds in cocoDoes anyone have any tips on how much of each nutrient I should be using in flower with fox farm trio line? I’m in coco. I’m looking for tips to fatten up the buds and get them dense as well. I’ve only really seen tips for soil/organic and not coco/hydro. Would love any help!Week 3

Has my grow stalled, seem very under developed for this stage, the very tops seemed to have got slightly bigger this week but not by much but all the lower stuff has stayed tiny! There just not filling in at all in length or breadth, should I flush or carry on as I am?Week 13

No bud mass but some lower white hairs already turning orange?white hairs lower on the plant are already turning orange. No bud mass. Some rusty-brownish markings on lower leaves probably from too low ph water when my ph tester lost calibration. No hermi/sac signs.only been nute-fed 2 times total, with 1/4 rec’d amount. UnderH2O’d maybe?Week 5

Flowering stage/progressHi my BCN critical xxl auto, is currently on the end of her 4th week of flowering.
I was expecting by now that some budsites would be bigger than what they are. Is this normal or is there any delays or problems with her?
