Switching to flower light cycle

Okay, I've checked out your pics. Why are you giving bloom so early. You should only be giving that coming into 5th week. After 4 weeks of grow with micro, feed with water some cal and do a flush. Then give bloom, as giving bloom and grow at the same time, idk, what chart are you following? Type in general hydroponic growing chart and pick your chart and apply it as if they auto and it normal you just gotta figure out when you make the change into flower.

Your height really shouldn't be the issue. As topping or ming will have smaller busher plants and using lst, you can have small plants with a larger base. You should always base your switch over on how the bud sites look if they are coming into heavy flower, switch. Changing your light distance will also impact and how you give your nutes. That's my understanding.
