size of pot relative to plant doesn't seem like you would need to water 3-4 times per 7 days. But, if it needs it.. it needs it. So, i'd let top layer dry before irrigating again, just to make sure it is getting enough dryback... upto 1" deep, though you don't have to wait that long. a good wet//dry cycle reduces risk. making sure the substrate is providing enough (if dry, provides nothing) at all times will help yield. these things are in conflict occassionally. If you recently LST'd that could be part of the stress seen, but looks to be more than that... you may need to re-formulate your substrate a bit. i'm not a super soil guy, so i can't help there, but there is clearly some issues in your leaves. Maybe, a less frequent irrigation schedule will clear some of that up. See how it does after fixing irrigation habits.

Looks like nutes lock. Try flushin it and lower rh, plant should take water from soil mostly.

It's always safe to water if your pot is really light but that means they've ran dry and I'm against that. I personally stick my index finger in the medium half way (2nd bend in finger) if it's dry they need a watering. How much depends on how old. When in doubt water less then check the next day and do the finger check. If it's dry up your amount of water by half. Keep doing that until it's moist for 2-3 days. It's never failed me. You can even Google it. A lot of growers swear by it. I do
