Should i top the LST trained plants?

I posted a question yesterday and wanted to give an update. The plants are now 22 days old, photoperiod, and they're in 20L pots. Yesterday, I gave them their first LST.
The question from yesterday still stands: Should I top them in 1-2 days once the main stem

No i would not top them until they can recover from lst.
Imo I think it's silly to lst plants when they are so small.There is plenty of light around the plant so the new nodes should push up no problem and start bushing out when they are small. I top my plants around weeks 3-4, and again around 2 weeks later,and following weeks until it's the size I want. I do single plant srcogs and end up with around 10 week veg.

Are the gals safe to top or are they too stressed?I've heard that you shouldn't top your ladies while there are any deficiencies or issues as it can be extremely stressful. What should I do with my plants that have grown thicc to receive more light? - First GrowMy plants (1 auto, 1 photo) have grown a lot and are now pretty thicc. Should I remove some leaves to allow more light directly on the new growths from the nodes? More agressive LST? Leave them alone? They have grown in a weird pattern because of my LST attempts (see pic).

Is it safe to tweak your light cycle times when you flip?I'm getting ready to flip and was hoping to adjust the cycle time when I do. My light is currently on from midnight to 6pm, but would like to switch to 9am-9pm or 11am-11pm to better align with my schedule. Am I safe to adjust or should I keep it at 12am-12pm when I flip? Is she within a week or two? Goal is head buzz, energy, etc., last thing I need is sedation. :)Ready to harvest in a week or two? My eyes don't see well, I had to cut a small flower from near but not at the top. The strain is Trainwreck (Arcada Cut) from Twenty20. I'm getting anxious to pop a Green Crack Auto.
