I've got a few diaries up where I've got pics on where I start lst and update as we go Easy enough process mate, get the top of your plant and bend her over tie the top in place where it's no longer facing up. Be careful as they can snap easily at this stage, the plant WILL straighten itself back up you'll need to keep repeating the process over the next couple of weeks and you'll have a nice even canopy. Check out my orange sherbet, Bruce banner or strawberry banana diarys for a quick look at different ways, I've used pegs but prefer to use plant wire myself.

LST is the only way I grow, you can't really do it wrong, just spread the branches out and lean the main stem over. Cannabis is super tough and will handle just about anything you can throw at it, including breaking branches and will keep growing as though nothiong much happened. You can apply LST up until about half way through flowering without any issues.

Don't be afraid, they are very hardy plants many of us have snapped plants by mistake. One training technique I've used is cutting the top off. Honestly don't be afraid. Use your first finger bend her over half way, make a loupe with some rubber coated wire and just have it tight enough to hold it in place. Tie the other end to the pot.

Ok, thank you very much, I will look into getting some plant wire. And I will see if it’s not too late to do an LST. I'm just starting out and I'm a bit afraid of ruining an autoflowering.
