Curiosity-Dif Sap color. Same strain, medium and feeds.

Guys i got a curiosity over here.. Anyone knows why one of my plants secretes red sap when cut while the others are transparent. The red sap did its job better. After cutting the red sap stayed there and close the wound, while the transparent not so much. All on same conditions.

It looks like its a plant specif thing and relates to anthocyanins being in the sap. They are antioxidant compounds the plant produces.
It could also be dyes but since everything is growing the same I'm leaning towards anthocyanins vs dyes. some plants make this if they are a red or purple stain more so.

oopsI misdiagnosed it as a calcium deficiency and fed them a light light dose of calmag (2ml in a water gallon divided by 6 plants). Not my brightest moment but now that I know for sure its a Nitrogen surplus, what should I do? Did I do a lot of damage to the plants?Week 5

What am I doing wrong?I have claw leaves, brown spots, and yellow tips forming on the strawberry pie plants. The green gelato does not have the brown spots but the tips are turning yellow as well as the leaves. I feed the plants ph water and gave them light nutrients about a week ago. Any ideas?
