Been doing lst with an auto,its now flowering should I continue with the training or will it ruin yield,the last week its shot up about 20 cm.

u can still LST a bit into flower and during preflower but after its in the 2nd week of flower I'd leave it. Good Luck!

LST clips Am I using these clips right? The branches are aiming downwards and literally laying on the clay balls. I did try to bend the clips out a bit so they're not bending at such a sharp angle but they've gone back to shape. Is this going to damage or stress her too much?
