Been doing lst with an auto,its now flowering should I continue with the training or will it ruin yield,the last week its shot up about 20 cm.

LST on rigid main stem I think I should have started with LST sooner. The main stem is rather rigid now. Unfortunately, I was away during Week 3. Would you recommend gradually pulling it sideways or better to leave it alone at this stage?

Have I LST'd right?I have tried LSTing and tied down the stem to the pot. I also have a scrog net to help with pushing some of the leaves down and I have tucked them. Does this look right? I feel like I need to also remove some leaves to help but don't want to damage it as its an auto. thanks
