Twice between heavy defoliations the were leaves were so jammed together some leaves would get wet from contact with other leaves. It's the only leaf on the whole plant like this - as of now. Seems like Calmag? Product of sweating? Nute splash? (week 7 photos)

If it's only on one leaf I would not worry to much about it.
It could have been water damage from being wet like you said and then getting burnt from the lights.
Or a splash of the nutrients.
Don't panic if its just one leaf and keep an eye on it.
Don't remove it as well, if it gets much worse on that leaf then it will help us determine what it could be.

VPD related leaf issue? Brown spots, don't think its Cal related. Pls, any help would be appreicated.Brown spots on leaves, I thought it was Cal related, and tried different doses, with no success. Lack of light or Cal-mag?Some spotty leaves here at the base of the plant. The overall plant heath is fantastic and dense, haven’t done much defoliation so the bottom gets very little light. Possible manganese deficiency?I fixed some previous issues and have not been feeding my plants. They are in peat and worm castings and pearlite. About 6.6ph soil, watering with 6.5-6.6 water. I am going to water with nutrients again to see if that helps just want to hear another opinion.
