I'm running my lights as on at 9am off and 3am. I want to run them on at 1pm off at 7am . Do i leave them on 24 hrs then switch or off for 10 hours

I had to change my light schedule before, i just did it slowly, 1 hour at a time, but I'm pretty sure either way will be fine, im certain someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Lol. Happy growing from the DR

What Pot Size for my next Grow. 80x80cm Tent Size, currently using 11L fabric Pots, not happy with size of plants and fear less yieldCurrently using 11L fabric Pots and with around 7 weeks of Veg the plants aren't bigger then 80cm after stretch. What is the importance of having a fan on 24/7?I have a question about fans, and more specifically how long does the fan need to be on? And is there a difference between having the fan on for 12 hours, 18 hours, or 24/7? I know I might as well leave it on 24/7, but the cheap-ass fan is kinda loud while I watch movies.
