Why is my growth so slow compared to other growers...

Morning. You're looking great! Don't worry, we all think our plants are slow. The whole "patience" game is hard. But you have some true leaves on all 3 strains, and they look green and healthy. They don't look like they're stretching so that's good. You've got a fairly strong light and have 24 hours of it...sometimes these things might be intense for a seedling but if you don't see any discoloration or wilting...you're probably good. ✌️ keep it up, you'll see growth every week, keep your measuring stick handy and you'll see.😊👍

Hey it's just one week, so be patient! After week 2 you will notice they will start growing faster and faster. You can lower your lamp more closer to the plants and keep an eye on the temperature. As long as it's not over 30°C/86°F it's fine. Good luck!

Hi there Nithin, so grow rate is regulated by the plant's metabolism which is regulated by what's called VPD , the Vapor Pressure Deficit. Put simply there are two components to VPD the temperature and the humidity. Your humidity is good but your temperature is slow which is slowing down the metabolism of the seedling. You want to increase the temperature by moving your lights closer to the seedling up to 12inches . Hope this helps !
