You've created a lockout by using that much nitrogen on her... you've got to flush the pot now to allow her to get back to normal. Flushing means putting 3x the pot volume of pH'd water through the pot - so if you're growing in a 1 gallon pot, you'd need to put 3 gallons of pH'd water through it... Then let it dry out before giving her some nutrients. Spend the time while letting her dry out by searching for and getting some decent bloom nutes - they should be very light on nitrogen and much heavier on phosphorus and potassium... Use only 1/2 strength of what they recommend to begin with. The leaves that are yellow are not going to get better so don't expect that - Good luck!
