Your plant looks very healthy for the lst you can keep it if you want but it’s not necessary the plant will not grow more she will focus on their buds now. Personally I prefer to remove the lst when the plant has finish her stretch and the canopy is even.
And for the LST on auto flowers I start it when the plant is 2-3 weeks max and train her till the end of the stretch. Hope it help you

the LST isn´t the problem now. For me it seems you sent your plant into flower too early. After sending her into flower growth is mostly stopping, now i see the flowering stretch but she won´t get much more higher from now on, maybe 10 or 20 cm.
If you do lst, give your plants 2 more vegetation weeks before starting bloom. So you train her into your desired direction, let her sit one extra week to concentrate her on growing towards the sun and then switch to bloom.
That´s what I do when i do LST.

First Grow 4 weeks into Veg - Let my humidity get too high for 1 night. Need help with mold/septoria/?Last 3 days I've pruned diseased leaves every morning, foliar sprayed peroxide leaves & topsoil, & added some to watering solution. Is only affecting one plant in tent. Humidity no longer issue (was waiting 4 inline fan). If I keep pulling off leaves it's going to die anyway.

Is my weed rotting?
