i saw this video while i was replying to your other question and gotta say you need a macro lens to take photos of the critters you see there. its impossible to identify by this video. however i dont see thrips damage on your plants, do you? do they jump up and down when you disturb them? do they have antenna like bunny ears? since you cant take a close up photo of the creatures youre seeing i suggest you google springtails and try to identify yourself using your sight. theyre 99.9% springtails imo.

Springtails can come with some soils but usually come with compost, worms or sometimes worm castings depending on the source. They're fine as long as they have compost/mulch to eat, and help decompose organic materials. Keep your soil nutrient rich with organic matter and you'll be fine, but if you starve them, they have been known to eat living plant roots. My living soil is full of soil mites, worms and springtails=)

Looks like springtails to me which means you have some good soil there. They don't harm the plant. www.youtube.com/watch

you have to really focus to see the antenna theyre tiny but visible if you keep watching them. you know what get a spoonful of your soil and drop it in a bowl filled with some water, that way you can see the ripples they make when they jump. their jumps are hard to see since they are very small but theyll cause ripples on standing water when they do.

I can’t seem to get a clear shot They don’t seem to have any antenna but they do seem to slightly jump when disturbed. I don’t see any damage to the plant also. Seem to be like a white pill shaped bug which I know doesn’t help too much.
