LST, defoliation and topping advice..

Plz look at my four girls and advise when I should top them? LST going ok so far but think I need to wait a bit before topping? Anyone got a preferred method of doing things? I’m hoping to LST for another week or so and then switch to flower am I rushing things? More Defoliation?

If you're going to flower in a week, then don't top. She needs a little time to heal afterwards.
- You could easily top now tho. they're plenty big for it.
Tho, to be honest, this is your first grow, so I'd recommend you don't top, get the experience first, and give it a go topping next time.
- But as I wrote, they're big enough if you want to do it. Just give it a few extra weeks before setting to flower.
