How to Stop from growing taller?

My girl is 40cm tall at day 36. my box is 70cm total. I'm running out of space! The crown is only 5cm from the lamp.I tried lst, but there's only so much I can do without snapping the main stem again. Any other suggestions? I'm still feeding BioBizz Grow,maybe i should stop?Help!

Is it 40cms from the base of the pot to the top of the plant? Does that leave you 30cms to the ceiling? I assume you have the light fitting as high up as possible. At least it’s not hps lighting. Has your plant finished stretching? Perhaps you could top her? Someone else will have to give you advice there. I wouldn’t be comfortable suggesting a course of action that seriously shocks or even kills your plant. Could you transplant to a longer, trough style pot that has the same volume but is shallower. Thus reducing height. You may have to face buying a tent setup like I had to. My cupboard was too small and had bad air circulation. The best decision I could’ve made!

Shes 40 cm from bottom of the stem (pot not included). Yes light as high up as possible. I don't know if she's done stretching. I hope so lol. She's an auto plan and I read sometimes they stretch 40% during first week of flowering. She did stretch A LOT yesterday but today seems to be taking a break thank god lol i did some light definition yesterday and tied the top crown a bit down to the side. But still the main stem is much taller than he the rest of the branches. There is also a smaller branch at the bottom, which i think won't be carrying any bud, wondering if I should snip it off??

Could I try to lst her crown to the side? I been doing that S shape, but I think it's at the max, i tried pulling her down further but I already saw a tiny crack in the stem fiber. So I stopped immediately. Any other ideas is suggestions very welcome !

What is the risk to apply HS training(Topping Defoliation) to the strain for which LST/SCRoG is recommended?I am growing Auto Black Opium(Divine Seeds).
The description says SCROG and LST work good.
I started bending it recently and did 1 time topping earlier.
I feel I need to do some defoliation, but it will be 2nd HS technique, which contradicts the recommendations.
