Wait until there are small "budlets" before changing to bloom nutrients, cannabis still needs adequate nitrogen in early flower. Besides, a few pre flowers are not the flowering phase yet. Switching to bloom nutrients too early, just when there are a few pre flowers (primordia) is one of the most common mistakes I see on Grow Diaries and usually leads to people harvesting sickly looking yellow plants when mature, due to stopping nitrogen too early. Yes, primordia at day 18 is common with autos. Stick with superior photoperiod plants would be my advice, autos seem ultimately disappointing in my experience.

Yes they can show as early as 18 ,my plants showed pistils after 24days . You can change soon your feeding schedule more to PK . Iam feeding biobizz bloom which still have N but in lower % .and autos are more sensitive to nutes,so do not overfeed them .iam following biobizz schedule but not at full strength .your plants will tell you if they happy or not… 👍🏼

Its a bit early but they can, not unheard of. It could have also been started to flower early from something in the environment. Smaller pots I find flower faster then bigger ones. Best Of Luck!
