Watering Strategy for Tiny Seedlings in Big Pots?

I have repotted 2.5 inch seedlings in their final pots, 7 gallon and 3 gallon. What should my watering strategy be until the roots expand more?

Hi it’s looks like you doing good wait till the top of the soils looks dry and then you need to poor just little amont of water where the roots system are working you don’t need to make all the soil wet in the first week 👌🍀✌️

Think my seedling will survive?Thank you for all of your guys' help last week with this seedling. I tried to get more humidity in there but it's just so dry here in Arizona winter and just been cheerleading this sprout and the others to stick it out. Looks like this one is growing okay now. Slow/stunted seedling, why?One seedling is stunted, why?
One of the seedlings is noticeably slower than the other, it’s leaves are curled under and there’s a brown spot on one of its Cotyledons.
The other seedling is being treated identically and seems to be thriving 😕 (last photo)

Seedling tips?New grower. First seed. Seems to be going fine with seedling popping through soil after 2 days. Now under 60w CFL about 6-8 inches above the plant and a clear plastic cup covering it. Any tips for keeping it alive and thriving? Been spritzing with water 1-2x/day.

Why are my seedlings so leggy when they get enough light?I added pictures from 4 days after germ and wonder why my seedlings are so leggy (~5cm). I already filled it up with soil and they would be 10cm by now if I didn't. First 2 days was 12-14 DLI and since yesterday am giving them more light than many guides say: 250-270 PPFD, 18 DLI

Cover seedling for increased humidity?1. Does it make sense to cover the seedling with a cover (bottom of a plastic bottle) to increase humidity or should i remove it (e.g. for better air circulation)?
