They need a big, big drink, they are very, very thirsty. Always water until there is run off, that is, water coming out of the bottom of the pot. It is impossible to over water when growing in 70% perlite and 30% vermiculite!

Okay thabk you guys, so i try to touch bottom ofthe jug plant is in. It was super dry.. so in theory i should now be able to give them very much water, and then tomorrow they should look okay. I check ph to be 5-6 and have nutritions put there like in the bottle it says

Your not retaining enough water and moisture because it is all perlite. Ph is likely off as well in substrate. 5.8 vegging. 6.2 flowering

Your in a hydro grow setup, your plants are showing some issues. If the leaf and stem is weak, more water, if the leaf is weak and the stem is crisp, less water. How are you watering them?? If its manual you may need to invest into a drip or self watering system. Perlite holds little water and vermiculite holds an ok amount. but with only 30% and no drippers they will be wanting a drink more often. Aerate the reservoir if you plan on using one or if you do use one. I'd also lower your PH from 6.5 to 5.8 in veg and 6.2 in flower. You will also need to get a TDS pen to confirm the strength/concentration of the feed your giving them. Monitoring your EC is a powerful tool when growing in hydro. Good Luck!

@Daviddd to me they look overwatered but of coarse under watering can have a similar look what you will need to do is try to poke your way into the substrate gently to physically feel how much moisture is at the bottom if it is really damp then you are definitely overdoing it but if the pot is light and the bottom substrate quite dry then you will need to provide more moisture. The easiest method I have found is to feel the weight of the plant when it is dry compared to just after a watering . that will give you a rough idea when it needs a drink Remember all plants and their roots require oxygen so keeping the substrate wet all the time is not good .
