Wrinkled leaves

Why are the leaves looking so wrinkled? Do you think it might be some light issue? Genetics should be spot on, I grew a seed from the same batch and the plant was pefect

Soil or substrate is too rich in nutrients. Can tell by deep green in plant. Overdosed on food.

Thanks but I work in a research lab and if there's something I am sure about is water pH. I'm using a hot soil and maybe I gave her too much water and consequently released too many substances.. so I'm pretty sure @roberts is right. Still thanks for replying @northwestlights

I had a fruity pebbles girl that looked just like this,was growing her in coco coir and worm castings, so there definitely wasn't too many nutes, it was a problem with the pH of the water I was giving to her so I invested in pH up and down and a pH pen, she bounced back nicely
