GrowingGrannie, Organoman thank you for your response to my question. I have taken both your advice, and I'm still waiting for the pots to dry as I can feel dampness still, I also took the wet pots away. The autos are still looking not too well. When I changed the pots on them a few days ago, as I thought the pots were too small and that's why I thought they were dying. There what not many roots on the autos. I have checked the PH level, and it seems fine. My next plan is to change the photos to bigger pots. I have 5 gallon fabric pots which should help. I hope. How about my light set up? Is it too much? Also, do I still need to keep the heated mats on. The temp of soil is around 24c. Let me know what I should chmage if needed. Regards

I would echo every single word @Organoman has said! ... most DEFINITELY his comment about "wet feet" - neither can tolerate that! I would suggest a couple of things: First, let them all dry out completely! Then pitch the ones that don't look like they're going to make it. Second, you can actually tell right now which are autos and which are photos... At a month & a half old, the autos will already be in flower or at least pre-flower stage... Your first pic, for example, is showing white pistils which means it's an auto (they are pre-programmed to enter this stage). There are several more that are definitely autos... Get them in separate areas giving the autos 18/6 light and monitoring the photos flipping them to 12/12 to start flowering when you want them to do that. Third, your pots aren't really good for cannabis... particularly the ceramic ones! As @Organoman said, their roots need oxygen and the ceramic pots prevent good oxygen circulation (along with over-watering them)! Photos can be transplanted but autos HATE it. Next grow, no matter whether they're autos or photos, pick yourself up some fabric pots and your plants will be a lot happier. Good luck! I think you can make a lot of these work!

Get rid of the dead/dying ones and cut your losses, and then concentrate on the healthy ones you have left. Your problem is that they are standing in trays of water, cannabis hates "wet feet". By standing in water, the soil can not hold enough air, meaning the roots can not breathe, thereby suffocating the plant through the roots. You need to empty the trays 15 minutes after you water the plants if you are going to continue using the trays, otherwise you need to work out a way to let the pots drain and then get the water out of your tent. Whatever you decide, make sure the plants are not standing in water any longer than 15 minutes after you water them and they should continue to grow properly. The badly damaged plants you now have might recover if you are really keen to keep them going, although if they are autos they may not have enough time left to really do anything fantastic. Also, if you are growing in one tent, it should really be all autos or all (feminized) photoperiod plants otherwise you are setting yourself up for problems. Photoperiod plants will not flower at 18/6 and autos will not produce as much as they can at 12/12. As you might be aware, autos need 18/6 every day, from seed to harvest, whereas (feminized) photoperiod plants need a few weeks at 18/6 for vegative growth then a few weeks at 12/12 for flower growth. Hope this helps, Organoman.

Hi, thank you for your reply. What info would you need? My temp is 23c. Do I have too many lights? Also, when I put the water in the plants, the water drains fast. And slows out of the tray. Should I change the pots or change the time cycle? I can't remember which is which plant, neither. Should i just change the light cycle and let them flower now? really need help on this. regards

Hey Growmie, Without a lot of information, it's hard to pinpoint the issue. Just from the photos though you tell that the plant is dying off, and from glancing at the soil it looks overwatered, which could be causing the majority of these issues. Hopefully, this was helpful, and remember ..." Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time".
