Seed germination in incubator

Im thinking of using my yogurt maker as an incubator to germinate seeds. I can set the temperature (22°C) and time. Fill it with water, put the lid on, and it keeps the water at the set temperature. Condensation on the lid shows humidity is good. What temp would you use and why?

Feels like a bit extra for me, but I dont see why it shouldnt work. 22 C sounds fine, in my experience everything between 20 and 25 works pretty well. Humidity would be high enough, you would have to transplant them into soil after three days with a strong taproot. Would love to hear back from you if it worked! A tip if you wanna try something else: I use wet papertowels inside a ziploc bag, which is probably the most standard version. But I store the ziploc bag upright during germination, by example between two books standing upright, which will always end in a taproot growing straight down. Makes for an easy transplant later on. You can check out my latest diaries to have a look at their taproots :)

Also the answer to the temp is an extra so many Celsius on the room temp already, not same temp for everyone.

Wouldn't use it. Condensation is no factor if there in water already. I do have a heatmat under the prop tank with lid on foe germination.. Lid off for seedlings
