Definitely a lack of nutrition, perhaps combined with leaving them for too long in their seedling pots before transplanting has stunted their growth, but without a diary it is impossible to tell exactly what has been going on. As they are already 3 weeks old and being autos, flowering will be commencing soon, so whether to continue with them or not is a call you are going to have to make. Cheers, Organoman.

Well translating autos, is something to be desired and they don't need that stress in their veg stage as you can't really afford to stall the grow and translating does that. So, that would of slowed. But the main reason why it's like that then is the 3-4hrs of sunlight. Autos or any plant needs at least 12hrs if light from start to grow buddy. That's why it's so small. If I'm being honest. I'd get rid of that or apply it to at least 12 hrs of sun at min. Just cause u use sun light for 4hrs doesn't mean it'd be any difference if I only gave a plant of 4 hrs of led light, it'd grow the same, prob bigger. But yeah firstly. Get that lady a sunbed and tan her up. Cause with 4 hrs no way will u bring her to harvest. Best of luck

Hi! Something is very wrong with your setup, because that's not the look of a 21 days old plant, but of a 6~9 days old sprout. Unfortunately, you didn't open a diary or provide us much information, so I looked to your other questions to find clues… I don't known which led light you'd choose, but the two "blurples" (blue + red) ones you show us are absolutely shits — as any blurple lights. Anyway, it's clear to me that your plant don't receive enough lights. You must look to a modern full spectrum "quantum boards" or "bar" lights, who use mainly one or two types of white SMDs and also maybe some red leds. If you get a hand on a Mars Hydro, a Migro or maybe a Maxisun fixture, your plant gonna love them. For a 2'×2' grow space, 200W is enough. Also, your soil look a bit compact and dry, and the color of the leaves may indicates a lack of nutrients.

Look like a little nute burn, go down on the nutrients, maybe a quarter/half strength. You might even want to water with ph'd water and no nutrients next watering Good luck !
