No, no, no, don't do it!
Have tried this a few times in years gone by, but they compete for everything, root space, nutrients, water, light, .......... everything!
Instead of getting two full sized plants, you end up with two plants that only grew to half their potential.
Even when growing in the ground directly, plants need to be a minimum of one point two metres/four feet apart to prevent competition.
It might seem convenient, but each plant will have its own needs water wise, nutrient wise, even if they aree the same strain and both will grow at different rates.
Pots are cheap, don't limit your potential harvest by being a cheapskate!
