Does make any difference when you cut completely all leaves during the last week ? I read somewhere that you can avoid excess nutrients taste in your buds but I'm not sure.. Thank you in advance my fellow growers !

Whatever you do, please don't defoliate for the sake of your plant. It needs every leaf it has to be healthy and have a correctly functioning metabolism. Removing the leaves is more likely to make your buds swell with excess nutrients, not decrease their content. Concentrate on doing a proper flush and nutrient after taste will not be a problem. The theory about removing leaves to clean the buds is some seriously flawed corn flake packet "science", it is just not possible.

Great looking plant! as for your question, It will not make any difference but make it easier trimming like posters said below. I like keeping on the leaves as they help maintain humidly around the buds when drying. The nutrients do not get concentrated into the buds from the leaves though, that's a myth. The plant will move the nutrients that are mobile within the plant itself to support life in the most important parts. Its flowers, all the plant wants to do is reproduce so it will keep that part of it alive longer if it has to budget its resources. but not all nutrients are mobile. some cant not be moved like Calcium. but remember they will not over saturate and you won't taste them. A good cure will create great tasting buds, a rushed dry and bad cure will make any bud taste like shit. there is a lot of stuff happening in the curing process. Best of luck and Happy Growing!

i usually remove a bunch of leaves to improve light penetration, and help the lower buds, but courious question. Never heard anything about it..if you completely defo the last days you do it only for a pre trim puropse. in my opinion,it doesnt change nothing, since already the plant is getting rid of them since is at the end of his life. Good luck 👊🏽🍀

When you remove the leaves in the last week, makes for a quicker trim later. I like the taste of the final product better, when leaves are removed for drying. Just seems a little less green tasting.
