Has anyone been through a seedling stuck in survival mode?

I'm wondering how tall a seedling can get before you call it a fail? I was excited at 2 to 3 inches but she's about to break 5 inches and the first true leaves still don't want to sprout. I fed her bone meal two days ago and moved the lite. ec is looking like everything dissolved

Do you have a solution to stop the growth of stems?Apparently this would be due to a lack of light and stress because of the too high temperature.
I exposed them in a brighter place and I controlled the temperature to a maximum of 25/26°C.
It doesn't seem to stop...
How can I repair the damage? Is it too late?

When to harvest?I’m not sure when to harvest? The buds don’t seems to be getting any bigger. It’s my first grow. Buon giorno weed doctors, did anyone have similar uniform chlorosis at the top or maybe knows what's up? What could be the reason and the solution? ThIs this some sort of immobile nutrient deficiency or excess? Could this be caused by heat and light stress? She is 80cm tall and almost touches the lights in the tent. I'm usually suffering from Calmag and Nitrogen issues and haven't yet experienced yellowing from the top. Thanks1y ago
