Any experience with Boveda humidity picks? Can you add it right to the jar when curing to keep humidity just right?

Never used em, but just watched a brilliant youtube vid with my grow it and cannabis lifestyle tv where they basically went off and said pple need to learn boveda packs are for storing weed after its cured, not to short cut the curing process. So based on that id say your meant to cure it for 6 weeks the right way, and then once its sorta done curing and your not burping often, then you throw a pack in and it keeps bud fresh for long periods of time. But I dont use em and im currently smoking sour D I harvested in April last year. Just cure them right and keep em in glass and you be fine.

Ja das kannst du machen ,würde in der erste Woche die Gläser allerdings einmal am Tag kurz öffnen . Wünsche weiterhin viel Erfolg 😉

As others have said.. they are not a solution or tool for curing.. even tho some may infer this. They’re for long term storage or after curing properly. That’s not to say it will hurt them to put in your jar while you’re curing/burping. Just don’t dry bud, throw in jar with boveda and call it good without burping as usual

I use Boveda all the time. They are great for maintaining humidity. They are not the good at correcting humidity that is out of range. They are slow to raise humidity and I've never seen them lower humidity so it is best if you get your product at the correct humidity before using the packs. Or, if you use the packs from the beginning you may need to use more.

Yes, sometimes it is that simple. There are small humidity sensors that you can keep in your jar to confirm humidity is at the right level. Good luck!

I use the 62% yes I do but I burp more often. I burp jars probably 4-5 times a day for the first 2 weeks. Then I burp 1 times a month for 6 months if the weed lasts that long. After 6 months I no longer burp.
