It is hard to judge by pistil appearance alone I would recommend looking for amber trichomes if you have a jeweller's loup or another magnification device above 30X. Judging on the pistils alone though I think waiting a week wouldn't hurt. I'd also look into what your strains general life cycle is, though you may have done that already. Some plants are slow to mature though, but I'd definitely wait to see amber trichomes, they 10% of trichomes should be amber but I've always preferred to let my plants go longer to get the full couch lock effect after harvest.
