Is my intake and out take not good enough for my room ? 7m x 6 roughly

So someone’s told me that my fan is no where near big enough for the size of my rooms, I’m using a Systemair RVK 8 inch for outtake and the same with the intake just on a lower setting

Oh and my temps are fine they come in at 25/26c
