Two plants, one looks ready, what do you think? If I harvest it now, how should I start the drying process since the other one needs the tent to finish? Last photo is of the other plant that isn't ready.

Spongy bud when dryingFirst time grower, pulled a bud off 1 week before harvest to see if my temp humidity were ok to dry the rest of the plant. Been kept at 70f 60rh and after a day it’s become a spongy ball...Is this normal or how do I stop it next time?Other. Harvest - Drying

When to start final trimI am on my 15th day of drying and the branches seem to be making dry cracking noises when I bend them. So I started doing the final trim (sugar leaves) and have noticed that the buds are still slightly soft. Is this okay or should I wait for the buds to be bone dry and hard?Week 13

GoG in drying zone but no weed smell, instead i smell fresh-cut grass smell, is this normal or is it a problem?Hello! Gelat.OG is in Drying zone, I got two places for this , One is 2x2x4 Tent with ventilation and other is Cupboard with one OSC Fan with active vent halls (No exhaust fan).
