If you don't want couchlock and prefer a brain bending head high, harvest now.
Mostly cloudy = peak THC = head high.
Amber = CBD = couchlock.
Once your plants have 97-99% brown pistils, they are in the harvest zone for peak THC and maximum head high effect (mostly cloudy, few amber).
Once there are 100% brown pistils, the plant is close to dying, giving an inferior high with greater couchlock effect (more amber, less cloudy).
New pistils right at the end is normal, the plant is just giving one extra last push to get pregnant/seeded.
Going to 11/13 can stop the flush of new pistils (as a reference for future grows with photoperiod grows).
