Very hard to make a call when you say wk 11 pal. Info is needed as to when stigma started, (flowering, white hairs, pistils). From then, it's usually anywhere from 45-65 days depending on strain and gene and way she was grown. If she isn't stinky/sticky and her buds are showing white hairs throughout the bud she's still in pre-mid flowering and THC is created in late flowering, then the smell/stickiness and so on will come.
