Freshly dried flower is best. Temp feedback loop hotplate is nice. 0. Low temp press. 1. Take rosin and seal. 2. Place into prepared water bath at 130F. 3. Bring water bath to 140F+ over the next 72 hours. 4. Pull rosin when desired, pop the seal for rapid decarb or cool prior.

Cool tip dude, appreciate it, I’ll definitely check it out. Don’t have a hotplate but I’m guessing an oven could work too if I keep it steady…

if it was exposed to that heat and that time, it's probably decarbed... 72h is likely beyond enough time for 140F, so decarb is inevitable (230f and 45mins does it, and lower heat will just take longer.. 140f is stil hot enough to accomplish the task, if i recall). Which means the decarbed thc will deteriorate much faster than non-decarbed flower. Also, evaporating off all the more volatile compounds, which may or may not be intentional? All the stuff with a low enough boiling point will be gone - inclduing more than a few types of terpenes and cannibinoids. unfortunately, i think the character limit here is a problem... more things would need to be explained as to why. also, not really a question, lol. could just put this in your diary. this is more of an advertisement.

I especially appreciated how you broke down those complex concepts into easy-to-understand steps. It really helped me out! I've already started putting your advice into practice and I'm seeing great results. I'll definitely be checking out more of your work in the future. Thanks again for sharing your expertise!
