We are in the 4th week of vegi period and changed the pots one week ago. From 0,5 liter to 11 Liter. And now the roots came out of the pots on the downsite (one 10cm). Is that a problem or can we just leave them like this and send them to bloom? If its a problem, what can we do?

They will be fine, any roots coming out will "self prune" and send out new roots into the soil. It is not a problem for the plant and you are safe to send them to bloom.
