impossible to answer. 2x or 3x stretch is possible. if it is stocky lineage, lean toward 2x growth after flip.
you can always bend a tall cola horizontally if it gets too high.
top or train to fill the space... doesn't matter how you do it as long as it is done efficiently. this will take some experience through trail/error. Plants grow at varying rates too, so that throws a wrench into any plant at any time.
if something overgrows, can take a bit off - preferably while the plant is still finishing off vege growth and not after buds have started to fully form. If cut early, the plant can still rededicate resources to existing bud sites as opposed to afterward when you are mostly cutting yield off. HST is better way as you save it all.. bend tall branches down.. put a little tape around them for support. they will try to grow vertical again, so tying them down loosely at end is also helpful.
