Not septoria but burning from severe nitrogen toxicity would be my diagnosis.
Feeding too much or too often (or both).
Not watering to run off each time can accelerate the problem.

Sénescence ou manque d'azote en phase de floraison.Les feuilles virent au jaune rapidement, se propageant aux autres. Je les ai privées d'azote pendant 10 jours en floraison, pensant que la terre enrichie suffirait. Doute entre manque d'azote et début de sénescence. Voir mon journal pour plus de détail. Cut off yellow leaves.Can I cut off these leaves?
I am worried that this is an autoflowering plant and it will be an additional stress for it. But it also seems to me that it is spending some effort to keep these leaves alive and it would be better if it spent this effort on the buds.

Is my plant showing signs of Nitrogen deficiency?Autoflower, day 40. Most leaves are in a yellowish-green tone or even completely yellow. I was mistakenly watering it with tap water, but when I noticed the yellowing, 1 week ago, I started watering with mineral water at pH 6.49.

Older leaves are yellowing, brown/red rusty spots, dying tissue, red stems.Older leaves have brown/red rusty spots and looks like dying tissue in between the veins.
Burnt tips, and yellowing leaves.
The soil was really dry and my PH meter was 0.4 too high.
I gave each plant 3L of water with EC: 0.0 PH: 6.4 to check runoff.
Runoff was PH: 6.1 EC: 0.8

Magnesium Deficiency?Is this plant suffering from Magnesium deficiency? I noticed some of the growth is yellowing and the leaves are curling upwards at the tips. The tips of the leaves is where most of the discoloration is as well.
