I think you're probably overwatering here... I'm not much concerned about the lower leaf you've circled... discoloration like that in a very young leaf is fairly common... but the clawing leaves are what concern me and they are telling me they're probably drowning.
I don't think you need to stick to a rigid every other day routine of watering... water only when the plants need it! Lift up the pot before you water to see if it's really REALLY lightweight... if it's not, skip it until the next day and then lift it up again. Some of my plants want water/feed every 3 or 4 days and sometimes don't really need anything for 5 days! The older they get, the more often you'll need to tend to them but in young plants, the easiest way to kill them is to overwater. The best advice I ever got was to wait until the plants actually DROOPED before giving them a drink... I don't take it that far normally, but I know I CAN and not hurt the plant. You can kill it with too much attention!
