White mold

I saw white cottony mold in the chopsticks that I use to support the stem, but no mold on the soil. Are they safe? I am planning to let the soil dry out first then water them with H2o2. What you think?

Looks like it could just be propagated mycorrhizae which should be abundant in good organic living soil.

Not mold more like salt build up. If is not to heavy then your fine if it is then she'll need a light flush. Best of luck 👍

They're probably just fine but if you're worried at all (and I think you are), you can add 1 tsp of hydrogen peroxide to a gallon of water and use it to water your plants when next you water/feed. The hydrogen peroxide will kill any mold spores in the soil and not only NOT hurt your plant, it will protect the root system at the same time... I'd also wipe the chopsticks with that solution to kill the mold there if you want to use them again. Anytime you have an issue with mold, this is a go-to problem solver. Good luck and Happy 420!
