Did you transplant it from a small pot to a large one is that what you are saying ? If so transplant is not advised for Autoflower , start it in one pot or bag or container and let it go .No transplant .

Could be because of the stress caused by the switch. Reason could be light-exposed roots during the switch, for example. Is she flowerin? - Yes. Worth to grow? Hard to tell, it looks like she could have grown a bit more before switching lights to flowering mode. But that's my opinion. If no other plans - I'd keep going for sure :)

It would be helpful if you linked a diary to your question - but you've said you're growing an autoflower so yes, all perfectly normal! Autos will start flowering by week 4 or 5 and then finish (depending on the strain) after 4 - 10 weeks of flowering. I'm a bit concerned that you said you had transplanted her... autos HATE being transplanted and should be germinated in the pot they're going to finish in... but don't give up... they are a fairly tough bugger, especially when in flower. Enjoy the grow - and link a diary for the next question!
