Seeds everywhere, unsure if this is a result of impregnation from a hermie I had weeks ago that I may have touched and spread pollen unknowingly or stress?

First of all - having run a dozen or so strains from ILGM - find somewhere else to get seed. This is a consistent theme with them - intersex traits aka herms Yes you can still use the bud for anything you like. If you have seed - it came from pollen. Pollen comes from males or females with intersex/herm traits. Now. Can you use those seeds in the future? Sure! But you’ll likely be going down the same path.. and end up with inherent intersex traits that will pollinate your buds. Not the end of the world. The plant just focuses more on seed production once it’s been pollinated, but it’s still useable product.. just not quite as quality as if it hadn’t been pollinated.
