Some lower buds different to remaining buds on the plant

Some lower buds look and feel very different to the top of the plant. Those that are different are very fluffy and light green in colour. The form and structure are also quite different. Could this be related to a change in the NER of the nutrient feed schedule? or is it typical?

Hey mate, it happens some times, fluffy light green airy things, exactly like you describe them. Also down there is much less light so they develop way slower and less solid. I normally chop them and let the plant focus its power on the solid ones 💪 Good luck with the rest of your grow 🙌
