I don't think it's aphids.. you'd see webbing and lots of little white guys running around... May be leaf hoppers, may be grasshoppers... god knows - but you DO have a bug issue! You can pick up some Dr. Zymes Eliminator which can be sprayed up until harvest and it takes care of a whole HOST of insects! I'd get some today!!

An organic soap insecticide will work. Treat one leaf first. Come back a day later to make sure it doesn't harm the plant. Then do a full spray. I recommend to never spray if a plant is flowering

Was doing some trimming earlier and cut this leaf off which was a very early leaf. Went to throw it out and seen the corner was nibbled on and a very small silky like web from one leaf to the next. Checked every leaf and could not see any further traces

Mites appeared... 2 weeks leftI started noticing a few mites , which I mistook for orange fruit flies or something. Also there were 3-4 green ones but I could not find any kind of colony and thoroughly blew air through all the leaves.
