Yes, these things happen once in a while and are not really an issue to be concerned over. Your plant has basically "topped" itself.
Just double check that an insect (caterpillar maybe?) hasn't taken to dining on your seedling.

My first grow and I suck so I overwatered, too high temp, wrong PH for a couple weeks resulting in stunted and tiny plants. I'm just getting the hang of it this last few weeks.

Hundreds of tiny bugs on top layer of soil what are they?Was just feeding them and noticed hundreds of tiny seed looking things float to the top of each plant, watched the soil for a while and they was moving 😪
They look like fungus knats maybe but I don't know for sure will upload a video I got of one.
